What method of payment can I use?

Storenvy & all of it's sellers use Paypal to accept payment. This enables you to add multiple items to your cart and checkout one time. Because this is a very new technology, you must have a Paypal account in order to checkout. You will be prompted to login to your current Paypal account or register for one before completing your checkout.

Do I have to use Paypal?

Yes. Paypal is the only supported payment option at this time. Paypal's payment system allows shoppers to buy items from multiple stores with just one checkout, simplifying your checkout experience.

When will I receive my order?

This is completely in the hands of the seller. Storenvy works like other sites such as eBay where the sellers ship directly to a person who buys from them. Storenvy usually doesn't ship your order. Check the store's FAQ page for more info about its shipping policies.

What if I don't receive my order?

First, contact the store directly. Use the contact link on the seller's storefront to inquire about your order. If you don't receive word back.
