Can I track my order?
In your Account Settings, you can view the status of all your past orders. For help finding that page, view How do I view my past orders?.
If you’re wondering about step-by-step order tracking, because most store owners on the Storenvy system ship their own orders, we aren’t able to provide step-by-step order tracking. Some store owners might choose to email you tracking info (depending on their preferences, as well as what their preferred shipping methods allow). If you need expedited shipping or order tracking, we suggest asking the store owner you buy from before placing your order.
