Can I use Google Analytics with my store?

Activating Google analytics

It’s easy to use Google Analytics with your store.

1. Sign up for Google Analytics or log in to your account.
2. Create a new profile for your store’s url (mystoreurl.storenvy.com). Here’s how.
3. Find the Property ID for your new profile and copy it. You can find it next to the website url on the main Analytics page. Your Property ID will look like this: US-XXXXXXX-YY.
4. Visit your Storenvy store’s admin panel and click the Settings tab.
5. Add the Property ID for your new Google Analytics profile to your settings page of your Storenvy admin panel.
6. Save your settings.

Google Analytics is now activated on your store.

Analytics with eCommerce

You can activate eCommerce tracking in Google Analytics by simply turning it on under your profile on the Google Analytics website.

1. From the main Google Analytics screen, click Edit next to the profile you just created.
2. On the Profile Settings page, click Edit in the top right of the Main Website Profile Information box.
3. Change the E-Commerce Website radio button from No to Yes.
4. Save your settings.

Your sales will now appear in Google Analytics.
