How Do I Close My Store?

This is the saddest support question of them all, because that means another member of the Storenvy community is leaving! As of right now we don’t have a system in place for users to safely remove their own stores or user accounts, so send a quick email to support@storenvy.com including your store name and/or user ID you wish to be deleted, and we’ll take care of it for you manually.

And please, if there are any suggestions you would like to make about how we can make the Storenvy experience better for our users, let us know. We hate to see you go!
