How do I view my past orders?

You can view your past orders in your Account Settings. To access them, log into your Storenvy account and then mouse over your profile pic at the top right of your screen. Move your pointer down to Settings and click.

From your Account Settings page, select Orders from the left-hand navigation bar. Here, you will be able to view:

+ The date on which your order was placed
+ Your order number
+ The status of your order: Open, Shipped, On Hold, Pending or Canceled
+ The shipping information you entered
+ The total for your order

If you need to contact the Store Owner about your order or if you need to Report Abuse about the store to Storenvy, you’ll be able to do so from here.
