How long will it take to receive my order?

All store owners have agreed to ship your order within 7 days, but we encourage store owners to ship within 1-2 days. Once shipped, most domestic orders take 2-10 business days to arrive, and longer for international orders. Individual stores might provide more information on their FAQ page, so check there for more information.

You can view your past orders in your Account Settings, from the Orders tab in the left-hand navigation bar. From there you will be able to view your order status: Open, Shipped, On Hold, Pending or Canceled. If something seems wrong, you can contact the store owner directly from this page.
