If I see something that shouldn’t be on Storenvy, how do I report it? What are the consequences for store owners who break the rules?

Everyone who signs up for a Storenvy store automatically agrees to the Storenvy Store Owner’s Agreement, which includes a list of prohibited items.

If someone is violating that agreement, submit the URL of the page with the problem on it to the “Reporting Abuse” tab on our Contact page. Please take any accusations you make seriously.

Consequences will vary according to violation, at Storenvy’s sole discretion. At the least, violators will be warned, and at the most, Users and Stores may be kicked off of Storenvy altogether and banned from rejoining.
