It’s been a long time and I still don’t have my order. What should I do?
There are several reasons why your order may not have arrived yet:
+ There may have been a technical or human error
+ Your order may have been lost in the mail
+ You may have provided insufficient address details
You can view your past orders in your Account Settings, from the Orders tab in the left-hand navigation bar. From there you will be able to view:
+ The date on which your order was placed
+ Your order number
+ The status of your order: Open, Shipped, On Hold, Pending or Canceled
+ The shipping information you entered
+ The total for your order
If something seems wrong, you can contact the store owner directly from this page, or you can use the form on the Contact page of the store you ordered from.
