I’ve been trying to contact the store owner about my order and haven’t gotten any response. What now?

Yuck, we know how frustrating that can be. First, make sure you have all the details straight: View your past orders in your Account Settings, from the Orders tab in the left-hand navigation bar. From there you will be able to view the details of your order and make sure there have been no miscommunications.

From here, you can attempt to contact the store one more time, or go ahead and Report Abuse to the Storenvy team. We’ll look into the situation and may have to go so far as to close the store down.

If the item you received was faulty or if you never received your order and the store owner won’t cooperate with you, we recommend that you file a dispute through PayPal or your credit card company to receive a refund.
