Joining Storenvy: Sign up walk-through
Welcome to Storenvy! To sign up, click the “Join Storenvy” button in the top right corner of the site.
Here, you’ll be able to create a username and password and give us a valid email address. No spaces or crazy characters in the username, and passwords are case sensitive. If you want to create a store in the future, your username won’t necessarily have to be your store name.
You can also register with Storenvy via Facebook Connect, which will post your Storenvy interactions to your Facebook wall if you’d like. It will use your Facebook profile picture on the Storenvy site and give you a random username that you can change later on your Storenvy Account page. As long as you continue to sign into Storenvy with your Facebook account, you won’t need to worry about a password. If at any point you would like to make a Storenvy password, just visit Account > Change Password.
On your Account page you can upload a profile pic and fill out your bio, as well as enter your location, birthday and gender. All this information is optional, so just fill out what you want shared with the Storenvy community.
Opening a store
If you want to open a store, you’ll be able to do so from your Account page. Just click the “Create a Free Store” link in the left-hand column.
Also: To buy and sell on Storenvy, you need to be 18 or older or have parental permission. Read our Store Owner’s Agreement here.
