What do I do if I am missing an item or received the wrong item in my package?
You can view the specifics of your past orders in your Account Settings, from the Orders tab in the left-hand navigation bar. From there you will be able to view:
+ The date on which your order was placed
+ Your order number
+ The status of your order: Open, Shipped, On Hold, Pending or Canceled
+ The shipping information you entered
+ The total for your order
Whether the mistake was yours or the store owner’s, you can use this page to contact the store directly with the details of your request, and the store owner should get back with you about how to fix the problem.
You can also contact the store owner through the Contact page on the store you ordered from.
