What is Storenvy Fulfillment? How does it work?
For larger stores that need it, we offer Storenvy Fulfillment, in which Storenvy handles all warehousing, order fulfillment and customer support. (Note: Storenvy used to call this the “PRO Store” model.)
Storenvy Fulfillment makes selling online as easy as possible. You don’t have to worry about housing your product, shipping orders or handling customer support. This allows you to sit back and focus on promoting your store and its products.
When a sale is made, the money comes to us at Storenvy. We then pay you monthly, either by PayPal or mailing a check, which you determine in your Store Admin Panel.

(Please also note that a typical Storenvy store is run entirely by the store owner, where stores are responsible for receiving and fulfilling orders as well as managing any customer support that may arise, which we used to call the “DIY Store” model.)
