This clever cutting board is made from a flexible yet dense material that can be shaped into a funnel allowing precision transfer of your chopped food to the pot or pan. It functions just fine as a chopping board and has been designed to fit into any dishwasher, allowing for hygienic cleaning. It is also useful when placed under a grater for cheese or carrot.

A chopping board should be softer than the knife cutting on it or else the blade is being dulled too quickly, so the surface of the board will show marks but thorough cleaning (in a dishwasher) will ensure a hygienic surface. For further protection buy two boards - one for meats and one for vegetables!
