I don't mean to shout, but really, I'm not a Snickerdoodle. I'm just not. Snickerdoodles usually have cinnamon in them. Me? Well, cinnamon and I had a falling out. We just couldn't be together anymore. When we lived together, cinnamon would leave bark all over the place. And then I would hear other pastries talk about how cinnamon was hanging out with them. And don't get me started on cinnamon's friend, nutmeg. Sorry, I don't mean to dwell on the past. Anyway, I'm much happier now. I have browned butter and caramel undertones, and big, crunchy sugar crystals on top. And you know, people like me. They do. Really.
