How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow separate 5-12 business days for the processing of your order. Once the order has been forwarded to the supplier, we would be e-mailing you the tracking information. In some cases, a tracking number might not be available for countries other than the US. However, all US orders come with a tracking number.
Delivery varies with location. We request for 18-31 business days starting from the receipt of your tracking information.
As the store carries products from a variety of suppliers, please expect your orders to come as 1-3 separate packages.
If you have a huge/heavy order, shipping is usually upgraded to free express shipping. This upgrade is open to all orders and could be requested via the Contact page.
If your order was not delivered within the estimated delivery schedule, please get in touch with us via the Contact page and we would work to locate your package and/or grant refund.
Please bear in mind that all sales are final.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Currently, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout be it for US or international.

How do I commission you for a new design?
Please e-mail me at email@example.com should you want a made to order dress or accessory that is different from what is currently available in the store.
Please include the following:
Photos/References of designs you want.
Measurements: bust, waist, and height.
How do I cancel my order?
We accept cancelation within 24 hours. Otherwise, your order will be processed.
