Celebration Banner Pattern

Any cause for celebration can now have a fabric pennant banner; a birthday, holiday, party, or even sporting events. Just sew up enough pennants for the letters required to spell out you saying, applique the letters, and attach to a piece of pre-made double fold bias tape. Includes instructions, diagrams, and paper templates for upper and lower case letters.
