Embroidered Upcycled Leather Focal Piece: Desire

Upcycled piece of leather with the word Desire burnt into it, has been embellished with a stitched border of metallic embroidery thread.

It has a length of copper wire incorporated into its design which allows it to be gently molded into a curved shape.

This hidden wire feature allows the piece to be used in a bracelet or necklace design according to how it is attached (see mini sketch of some design possiblities), it is backed with felt to ensure it feels comfortable against the skin when worn.
