DESCRIPTION: Frozen in Time is an icy blue with lots of blue shimmer and sparkle

HOW TO USE IT: As with most loose-pigment eye shadows, we recommend using an eye shadow base and/or primer with our products to get the strongest pigmentation, durability and results.

PACKAGING: All of our FULL SIZE eye shadow pigments are packed into clear, 5gram jars [see EXAMPLE photo] and will arrive to you with a sifter sticker in place!

INGREDIENTS: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Ferric Ferrocyanide, Tin Oxide, Ultramarines, Silica, Magnesium Stearate, Blue #1 Al Lake, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Palmitic Acid, Synthetic Fluorophylogopite.
