How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 24 to 72 hours for processing. Once your order is shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All exchanges (Waist Trainers/Size ONLY) Must Be Made (post marked) within 24 Hours from the date/time of your delivery (verified by tracking). Product(s) must be in "Like New" condition per our discretion, or the exchange will not be accepted!

What happens if my exchange request is denied?
You will be given the opportunity to pay a $10 S&H fee to have the item(s) returned to you. The item(s) will be held in our exchange department for 10 days, before they are discarded of.
If a order is lost or stolen after delivery?
Once a shipped order has been confirmed "Delivered" per tracking notification by the United States Postal Service, It's Our Journey LLC shall not be held responsible or liable for any lost or stolen products.
What happens if my order is returned by the USPS?
If your order is being returned to It's Our Journey LLC due to a customer's personal error with no fault of the company, (Ex: Wrong Address, etc..) we will not be held liable for the return, or the time it takes to be received. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to have the order reshipped.
