The shirts designer fabric letters are hand and machine appliqued on with button's for the dot on the i's. It can be appliqued with the phrase big sis, lil sis, or baby sis. We can also do a similar lil bro or big bro shirt out of different boy fabrics. We do use buttons for the "i's" on these so if you would like us to replace those with fabric circles please let us know in your comments section when you purchase. Otherwise they will have buttons on them. We try our best to secure the buttons but we are not perfect there is a chance the buttons may come off as buttons sometimes do.
