What is a Gearheart Presale?
Our presales are different than in the past so read up!
Gearheart presales are limited to two weeks or less and some may have quantity limitations. During this time you have an opportunity to grab a new shirt design with FREE US SHIPPING and discounted international rates. The only catch is that you have to wait for shipping. Presales run for 2 weeks then it can take us up to a month after the sale ends to print and ship the shirts.
In other words if you want cheap AND fast... go see the burger clown :)

Do you accept checks or money orders?
No. Paypal or credit/debit card through paypal only.
How do I make a change to an existing order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away with your request and we will be happy to make the change for you.
If your shirt has been packaged and shipped we can no longer makes changes to your order.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with the shirt you purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us and because of this we try very hard to provide accurate descriptions and images of the merchandise we sell.
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date as long as the merchandise is in its original, unaltered condition. To return an item it’s important you follow the instructions below.
Shipping costs are not refundable and expect that any shipping costs (discounts) paid by Gearheart Shirts will be deducted from your credit. We do not accept returns for any reason after 30 days. If an item is returned without prior authorization a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
Please follow these simple steps:
- Contact us via email at email@example.com to request authorization. Be sure to provide your name, invoice number and the exact items which you want to return.
- Make sure the items are in their original condition, just as you received them.
- Package the return in safe, secure package, just as you received it originally. We will not credit you for an item if it arrives to us damaged. Your package must be mailed to us within 7 days of requesting authorization to return.
- Include in the package your name, email address and invoice number.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Payment can be made using most credit cards or Paypal. Your country may impose additional taxes or duties. These fees are not controlled or collected by Gearheart Shirts. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order so you know what to expect. If you refuse to pay these fees and the item is returned to our address you will receive no refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS a few times a week. We ship most domestic (USA) orders via USPS Standard Mail which takes 3-10 days*.
Orders to Canada ship First Class Mail or Priority Mail International and all other international orders are shipped via International First Class. International shipping time varies depending on the destination country's customs process. Our local post office states a shipping and delivery time frame of four to six weeks.

I received my stickers, where is my shirt?
All of our stickers are packed with loving care here at our location in Kansas City, Kansas. To ensure that we have a constant stock of all shirt sizes, all of our shirts are print on demand. That means once you place your order, our printer begins work on your specific shirt.
If you order shirts and stickers at the same time then you'll likely receive the stickers first and then the shirt in a separate package very soon after.
Why Is My Shirt Missing?
It could be a number of reasons but usually it's due to the USPS. We will be happy to re-ship missing items as long as they are in stock but only after you have checked with your local post office to find out if it's been held on their end for some reason.
If we are notified of a missing shipment anytime past 30 days from the shipment date we are not responsible for replacement or a refund. For example: if you receive a shipment notice on January 1st and you don't receive the package by February 1st but don't inform us until March or April we will not be sending a replacement or refunding you the cost of the shirt and shipping.
