Size 2T - 3T/4T Valentines Puppy LOVE Ruffle Skirted Dress Uniquely Yours

This dress is Uniquely Yours, which means it is one of a kind! No one else will have one just like it.
The top part is a size 24 month brand new t-shirt, the skirt is pieces of upcycled fabric. The skirt has the ruffles going along the bottom. There is a bow made out of satin ribbon and lace layered together.
The shirt has pretty sparkles on it that are hard to see in the pictures. At the bottom next to the bow it says "Puppy Love".
This dress would fit a size 2T as a below the knee dress, a 3T as a right at the knee dress, but possibly up to a 4T as a tunic.
All of my seams are serged with top stitching and rolled hemming where appropriate.
