This is a sealed, variant issue of NSU Magazine that also contains topps' Star Wars Galaxy costume card. They were limited to 300 copies and circulated to collectors that had pre-ordered them or purchased them in person at the 2010 CECE show. All sold out.

This is an Artist Proof of both the Magazine and the Costume Card. The cards where numbered (up to 300). What makes this card different is that it is unnumbered. Less than 30 exist and they where divided up between Topps and Lucasfilm. Mark received this for doing the cover and card artwork.

This is also the only licensed Star Wars costume card in existence and probably the only one we'll see for a long, long time...if ever again.
