The Lady Pillar, Very Hungry Caterpillar Inspired for Girls

A classic children's story in your own home! This hand made crochet cocoon is perfect for your newborns portraits or for a photographers collection of photo props! I made this set for my youngest sons newborn portraits. It is him that is pictured above. I fell in love with the super soft greens that change from shades of grass to lime with hints of gold throughout. The contrast of the red and lime eyes. The detailing on the hat has been needle felted on to minimize all knots and extra pieces on the inside of the hat. The cocoon is ribbed to make your itty bitty one look like a caterpillar.

My cocoon is of my own design. While there are others on etsy and around, i created my design to be as unique as something inspired by the very hungry caterpillar can be. I hope you love this set as much as i do.
