Dog Tutu Collar Ivory for Weddings with Swarovski Elements

I made this tutu collar for dogs in weddings where mom is wearing ivory. It features Swarovski elements on the tips of some of the tulle to make it a little more unique. Made with elastic to ensure a strechy and comfortable fit, this one will fit large breed dogs with neck sizes 20-21 inches. If you need a different size or color, please contact me.
