Some people are afraid of this..understandable. I was one of them. I thought that it would be too spicy, and I am a weakling. I came up with this at the request of my husband. It turns out that the pineapple is exactly what the peppers need to calm them down so that you can taste every note. Once you taste it you will be hooked. This is great on toast, on crackers, and especially over cream cheese served with tortilla or pita chips. My hubs gets even more creative...he put it on his sandwich the other day...to each his own! I would like to give it a try in some stir fry.
