That being said, in order to best care for your Catscratch creation, please treat it with love: do not pull too hard on the chains/beads, etc. I do not issue refunds. All items are thoroughly inspected before they ship, so I am not responsible for any mailing damage. Shipping is a separate service from my work! C:
