Reagan Tactical and Outdoor is a family run business in Knoxville, TN. Our location in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains gives us many opportunities to personally tryout the gear we sell. We attempt to only carry items of high enough quality that we are comfortable using them ourselves. We buy in bulk and pass on as much of the savings as possible to you. We have a high stock rate for our products in order to avoid shortages. We have very few customer service issues. But, if you have an issue, we will do everything we can to satisfy you, even if the owner has to take care of it personally. Thank you for your business.

Damaged or defective items may be returned for a full refund, if we are notified within 7 days of expected receipt of your order. Returns for non-defective merchandise are accepted within 30 days, but the customer pays return shipping and handling, plus a 20% or $8.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater).
