We have a high stock rate for our products in order to avoid shortages. We have very few customer service issues. Damaged or defective items may be returned for a full refund, if we are notified within 7 days of expected receipt of your order. Returns for non-defective merchandise are accepted within 30 days, but the customer pays return shipping and handling, plus a 20% or $8.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater).
