We attempt to only carry items of high enough quality that we are comfortable using them ourselves. We buy in bulk and pass on as much of the savings as possible to you. We have a high stock rate for our products in order to avoid shortages. We have very few customer service issues. Damaged or defective items may be returned for a full refund, if we are notified within 7 days of expected receipt of your order. Returns for non-defective merchandise are accepted within 30 days, but the customer pays return shipping and handling, plus a 20% or $8.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater).
