The top has two pom-poms for that ultra ridiculously adorable look and easily adjusts to the dog's head with a plastic cord stop that slides up & down on a durable satin cord. The scarf is also made of sweater knit and has a precious skull design screenprinted on it. The design is on BOTH ends of the scarf and wraps around to the opposite side.
