Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Please contact us if you'd like to place an order from outside the U.S. We've set default international shipping rates, but haven't shipped outside the country yet; we'll research & adjust our international shipping when we hear from you.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.
Can I track my order?
Trees & Hills does not use shipment tracking; we ship orders via USPS Media Mail.
