With fast rhythmic guitars and sparse but heavy vocals, Zlam Dunk’s second full length “Balcones” is focused and fueled. Ditching the wavier aspects of their first self-released album “Nobel Ancestry” and focusing on intense guitar riffs and powerful drums, “Balcones” doesn’t disappoint and shows growth and a experience coming from the band. Fully embodying genres from post-punk to surf-punk, it’s something the band has worked hard on, and we here at Mission Social Club have proudly had the opportunity to release.
