So super cute! Working with holographic fabric is my favie! I used gorgeous magenta & aqua holographic fabrics. The waist band of the skirt has a folded over band & the hem has been folded over & sewn. Very stretchy & fun! Sparkle like a gorgeous mermaid. Perfect for costumes, every day wear, beach wear, etc!
