An absolutely GORGEOUS cowl with an all over pebble pattern. This is chunky but lofty, structured but drapey - everything you want in a cowl and more! It has a cute and stylish mock lace-up detail on the seam, and folds in for a shorter, more collared look if that's what you prefer.
