This is my first attempt at a basic logo design. I've got the main Q front and center, and the main tag (MUSIC / ART / APPAREL) carved out. I've always been a big fan of the charcoal on black look, so I had to come out of the gates with it.

*Shirts run a bit small. Think, "American Apparel" when trying to decide what size to order.
