Celtic Skulls hand painted womens shoes

A solid white skull is flanked by two shamrocks on the toes of these kickin’ shoes. Nobody will mistake you for a weak-kneed little wallflower while you’re wearing these Celtic kickers. The sides and backs are adorned with matching Celtic knotwork in solid white. These bad boys are truly one-of-a-kind and ready for whatever life brings, just like the Celtic cultures that inspired them.

I N S P I R A T I O N:
I’m Irish and I love Irish art…especially knotwork. It has the ability to be simple lines and designs, but at the same time be so intricate that you can get lost in a piece as small as a CD. I’ve done knotwork before, but not on shoes. After I had the skulls and shamrocks in place, the knotwork just painted it self! These feminine little strap-ons became full-fledged Celtic war gear…I pity the person who gets one of these in the ass!

M A T E R I A L S:
Mudd Mary Jane style shoes size 7 1/2 M ; acrylic paint

C A R E:
Wipe clean with slightly damp cloth.
Do not scrub, as paint may scuff.
Allow to dry naturally.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not apply colored polish to inked areas as it may damage the art.

N O T E that all paint fades over time. The more wears and washes, the more fading may occur. Scuffing will occur in the painted areas, just as it will during the normal wear-and-tear of any leather-ish piece of footwear. If you kick things with these boots, you will lose your art – the paint doesn’t make them indestructible.
