Sometimes you just have to admit you screwed up. This A2 (4.25"x5.5") I'm sorry card reads "I'm sorry I was such a jackass" and has a small image of a donkey. The lettering is printed in gray and lime green and is printed on 100lb white linen card stock. The card comes with a matching lime green envelope. The card has been hand cut, printed, scored, and folded by me and is left blank inside.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If you have questions or concerns about any items, please ask before purchasing. Refunds will only be issued if an item is flawed when you receive it. Items must be returned in order to receive a refund. Depending on the item, a photo of the flawed item may be requested in order to receive a refund. There are no exchanges. This policy is due to the custom nature of my products.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! All items may be shipped anywhere in the world!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipment is usually within 3 business days of your purchase. Delivery of items within the U.S. usually takes 2-5 business days after the item has been shipped. Delivery of international shipments can take anywhere between a week and a month from the date of shipment depending on how long the package is held in customs. Please order in advance to be sure you receive your items in time as I cannot guarantee date of delivery!
How will my order be shipped?
Shipping will be though USPS first class mail unless otherwise specified. I am willing to consider other shipping methods as per request, but it may come with additional fees.
Shipment of cards and stationery in the U.S. will be within 3 business days of your purchase. If you have set up a custom order, shipment time may be longer depending on the quantity and size of the custom order. Shipment for items that are being sent internationally will be on Saturdays.
Cards and stationery will be packaged in a cello sleeve and a bubble mailer.
I ship with USPS delivery confirmation for U.S. orders. I am not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.
