• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Too Kyoot, Inc. will accept merchandise returns for a full refund within 30 days from the date of order, with a copy of the original invoice. Too Kyoot, Inc. will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and must be in the original condition with original packaging. If you do not include a copy of your original invoice we will only provide online credit at www.tookyoot.com in the amount of the current selling price of the item. Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. Items purchased at major department stores or at any other store selling Too Kyoot merchandise must be returned at the store where the purchse was made. Upon receipt of returned goods, Too Kyoot, Inc. reserves the right to deny credit if a violation of this return policy occurs. Return Policy - Wholesale Sales Defective merchandise may be returned to Too Kyoot, Inc for credit on the respective wholesaler's account. Items returned to wholesaler must have been purchased by end-user from wholesaler within 45 days of return and by accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Items returned for defective reasons must have an obvious defect in the materials or workmanship. Too Kyoot, Inc. reserves the right to deny credit if a violation of the return policy occurs.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  5-10 business days for in-stock items. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How do the Too Kyoot Boot Toppers Work?

  It's so easy! Just turn the topper so the fur is on the inside. Slip your foot into the legging. Pull on or zip up your boot, and turn the fur down, over the top of your boot. That's it. Easy to use and so much fun to wear.

• Do they work with any boot?

  Our boot toppers will work with almost any boot up to 17" around. If the top of the boot is extremely uneven there may be an issue keeping the topper fitting snugly.

• How do I know what size to order?

  That's an important question. The size of the topper you choose should be based on the circumference of your boot, not your body size. a. The small’s are 14” around and have a shorter legging. These are best fit with shorter boots where the top is not quite as big around as taller boots. The legging is cut shorter so there is not too much excess around your ankle. b. The mediums are 15” around and have a full length legging (doubles as a great leg warmer). If the top of your boot measures 14-15.5” and is a full length boot, this is the size we recommend. The toppers have about ½” stretch so there is a little “give” in the sizing. c. The large toppers are 16” around, with the full length legging. If the top of your boot measures 16-17” around, this is the size we recommend. TIP: If the legging is too long just roll it up a couple of times. If it is too tight then go up to the next size.

• Are they washable?

  Yes but be gentle. Too Kyoot faux fur is hand washable, in cool water, with a mild liquid soap. Hang or lay flat to dry. You may also have them dry cleaned.

• You only use faux fur, correct?

  Yes, Too Kyoot only uses the highest quality faux fur in everything we make.

• Are they just for decorating the boot or are they warm too?

  Too Kyoot boot topers double as a great leg warmer, especially the full length legging on the medium and large sizes.
