• Where does this store ship from?

  The Valley Isle: Maui, Hawaii.

• Do you do custom orders?

  Yes of course! Minimum custom price is $8, then the price goes up from there for each detail given. Email me at loveandthingsboutique@gmail.com for a quote!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY! Please note that certain countries do ask for a higher shipping rate, so my shipping rate for that country will be a bit higher. US shipping will be a flat rate.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  First off, please understand that I am a mother and do have other priorities. The shop is my third priority, after my son and my boyfriend. This is my main source of income so I apologize if you don't agree with my shipping rates and product prices. If product is made-to-order, please allow me 3-7 days to complete the order. Note that there might be other orders ahead of you. Orders are prioritized by purchase date. The shipping method I use is First Class Mail, shipped in a Small Flat Rate Priority Mail box. For domestic packages, if your shipping costs go over $5, it will go out as Priority Mail. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Where is my package? You should receive your package at the latest, two weeks. That's the worst case scenario. If your package takes longer than two weeks, I will send a full refund to the email you've provided. If you still would like the products, please repurchase them. It is not my responsibility if your package gets lost in transit. Once the package leaves my hands, it is all on the postal service to deliver it to you. I apologize if it does get lost, but I cannot send a new package or refund if that is the case. Please check and double check your address to make sure it is correct. If it is wrong, it will get sent back to me. If you would still like the products, you will have to pay for shipping again.

• Can I track my package? How?

  I provide tracking with all domestic orders (within the US). Sorry international customers!! :c Tracking info won't be available right away. The email will be sent to you by Paypal once I enter your info. They provide a link, and you could check where your package is everyday if you wanted to c: **Be sure to save that email until you have your package in your own two hands!**

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Kami Candy Shop will only accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase with all original packaging. If you would like an exchange, please send back product will all original packaging and all items received in package. We will not provide the cost for return shipping. We cannot be held responsible if your package gets lost or damaged once it has been mailed out. Before completing your order, please check and double check your address.   Q: Hi! I'm (name), I run a blog and would like to partner up! You could send me some products and I will give my honest review and maybe host a giveaway with some of those products! How about it? A: I am picky about sending free products. I know it could help me get sales, but I need all of the profit I can get. This is my sole source of income. I do have a son, and most of the money will be going to food, diapers, and toys for him. Requirements: ♥- Must have at least 5,000 (five thousand) subscribers/followers. ♥- Must have at least 300 visitors a day ♥- Must have active followers, or the right target audience for my products. Followers that want to buy. ***Please note that even if you fit all the requirements, you still may not get chosen to be a sponsor. If you do get chosen, I will expect you to promote my shop/products at least 2 times a week and one of our banners that is visible from your home page. You will also get a special discount code to give out to your followers to use in my shop.
