• Where does this store ship from?

  Straight from Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. If you are also located in Mt. Pleasant, you could even have your order delivered personally!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We haven't quite decided this. We will probably determine this on a case-by-case basis.

• What size do I wear?

  Please refer to our sizing page: www.dialeatzclothing.tumblr.com/sizing

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do, but shipping will be a bit more expensive.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Unless something is an "original" (meaning only one size is made and you will be the only one with it), orders may take about 4 weeks. 1-2 weeks to make, and 2 to 10 days to ship, depending on the efficiency of your local post office.

• Is everything handmade?

  Nearly every item is made by hand. If it's not, it will be noted on the item. It is also noted which member of our team made the item.

• Can I get (insert item name) in a different color or pattern?

  Most certainly! Just contact me with more information about what you would like.
