• What shipping service do we use?

  Fedex handles all shipments of our coffees and teas.

• Where does this store ship from?

  East Coast

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Coffee or Tea most be unopened to returned. Once opened Coffee and or Tea can't be returned.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are shipped between 1-2 business days after ordered. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of Fedex. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the <a href="http://www.storenvy.com/help/buyers_agreement">Storenvy Buyer's Agreement</a> for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.
