• Where does this store ship from?

  London, England.

• How do you ship items?

  We use Royal Mail for all shipping. In the UK we now use Royal Mail's 'Recorded Signed For' service for all items, which means you'll need to sign to take delivery of your order. In the EU and ROW this facility is not available and we use Royal Mail's 'Small Packet' service as an alternative.

• Why are all the prices and calculations done in $?

  Storenvy, our store provider, is a US-based company that only supports US Dollars at the present time. Handily, we have included an approximate value in GB Sterling for each item as well as a link in each item detail to xe.com, an external currency calculator so you can check the exact conversion rate at the time you place your order.

• What are your shipping rates in £?

  Approximate conversions from the $ numbers listed are: <u>CDs</u> UK - first item £1.78, further items 62p EU - first item £2.15, further items 62p ROW - first item £2.65, further items 62p <u>T shirts</u> UK - first item £2.15, further items £1.30 EU - first item £2.45, further items £1.35 ROW - first item £3.70, further items £1.85 Use <a href="http://xe.com/ucc" target="_blank">xe.com</a> to check any currency conversion at the time you place your order.

• How can I pay for my order?

  You can use your credit card or PayPal account. You can also make payments via your bank account but this may take longer. Storenvy uses PayPal to check out via any of these payment methods - but importantly you <u>do not need</u> a PayPal account to use it. See the default FAQ on payment below which is preset by Storenvy and explains payment in more detail.

• Do I need to create a Storenvy account to buy anything in the store?

  No! Simply select the check out as guest option at the payment stage.

• Why don't you use Big Cartel any more?

  Mainly because they don't have the ability to do <a href="http://on.fb.me/fteZoq" target="_blank">this</a>!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Items are non exchangeable and non refundable. Sales are final.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do, we're based in London!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic (UK) orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. As we now use Royal Mail's 'Recorded Signed For' service, all domestic shipments are trackable and you'll be sent an auto-notification of your order shipping, with tracking information. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks and are not trackable. In reality these are only guidelines and we'd hope that you'd receive your order much quicker, particularly on International orders.
