• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Most of my items are made to order, I do now accept returns or exchanges. But if there is a problem please let me know so I can fix it, in some cases I may decide an exchange is necessary.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Currently US & Canada, but feel free to contact me if you are somewhere else.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  CUSTOM orders ship within 7-10 business days, Ready to ship item ship in 24-48 hours. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
