• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Please allow 2-9 business days for delivery depending on the size and weight of your item. All Items ship with a Delivery Confirmation which can be tracked via your PayPal account and the United States Postal Service web site. www.USPS.com www.UPS.com No additional charges are added after checkout process through paypal. Handling fees are combined with shipping. Returns Returns or Exchange for same or great value minus difference are accepted. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been opened, used, tag removed, washed in any way, dryed in a dryer, or damaged/ stained in any way. There is a $5.00 restock fee for all items. Vintage Items Sealed and Loose : Since there is no way to grade USED vintage, USED or loose items after they ship, there are no returns, all sales are final. Ask questions and ask for pictures before ordering. New Items Return : New Items that are in C10 condition Can be returned within 15 days of invoice date. Buyer must pay for return shipping. Item must be Mint and Unopened. Refunds are returned within 5 days of returned item. (New Items are C10 Condition or Produced/Published after 1999.) T-Shirt Return Policy : Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be exchanged for a different size / style / or T-Shirt credit only within 30 days of the shipment of the order. Please keep your invoice if you would like to be able to exchange a shirt. If you require a refund for any reason you must return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dryed in a dryer, or damaged/ stained in any way.. This includes items that are damaged, shrunk, etc. in a dryer. Customers who order two of the same item in consecutive sizes and then send one back for a refund may be charged a restocking fee of $5.00. Please do not order 2 of the same item in different sizes with the intention of returning one of those items. This practice costs us extra money in the form of labor, payment processing fees, and also in the fact that the item that gets returned was not in our stock for the period of time which it was in transit to and from the customer..

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Some Heavy items are subject to Shipping Price Change due to FORCED FLAT rates from StoreEnvy.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
