  We ship all of our beautiful beaded jewelry out of Alexandria, MN, USA.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final. In the event that a product is lost or damaged in shipping, we will issue in-store credit.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do, and we still ship for FREE! Customers outside the US will (unfortunately) have a longer wait for their shipment to arrive.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
