We do not share credit card information with third parties except for the purpose of processing payment for products you've ordered and as required by law. In addition, we may disclose credit card and other information we collect from you with an outside company with which we have contracted for their services to protect against fraud and the unauthorized use of credit and gift cards.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Currently, we are not accepting returns/refunds, only exchanges are accepted until further notice, within 30 days of "delivered package"
**Exchanges: We are happy to exchange an item if you're unhappy with the product. Customer pays for all shipping fees.
Return your item in new condition as you received it, tags attached, unwashed, and orderless. If you'd like to guarentee the size/item (due to our items selling out quickly) you may purchase the new item/size and notify us that you've done so and send back your original item. When we receive the original item we'll refund you immediately. Note: The exchange program is the ONLY instance we will allow a refund, since you're essentially repurchasing/guaranteeing the new size until we receive the original item.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We ship worldwide!
All international order are subject to their own taxes, customs fees or any other charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between
2 and 12 weeks depending on customs.
Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Once the package has left our store and received by USPS and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the USPS customer support helpline.

If your package is lost please contact your local customs office. We provide customs # with every package.
How long before my order is processed?
All Brandy Melville items that are ordered tai up to 7-10 business days to process. As for other articles, domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday thru Friday). We are closed Saturdays/Sundays so we don't ship on those days or on holidays.
International orders are processed between the same time span.
What are Pre-Orer Items?
Pre-Order items are pieces which you may purchase before becoming available to the general public. These pieces are very popular and sell out quickly. By pre-ordering, you are guaranteeing yourself the item. All pre-order pieces will be available in 10 to 25 business days.
What payments do you accept?
All major credit cards through our paypal. You do NOT have to have a paypal account. We do not accept cash through the mail.
Lost packages and Return Packages
Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premise we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we send the liability is between you and USPS.
If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect destination inputed, you are responsible for paying the RE-SHIP fees.
I don't see my size. Are you out of stock?
Most clothing is one size fits all, if your size is not available then we do not carry it. Out of Stock items will generally display "Out Of Stock" or will be hidden.
