• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are generally handled within 48 hours (during bank days) and shipped to your door with DHL Express, which means that your order normally will be delivered within 3-7 days. We'll of course send you tracking details so you can follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep. If a more rapid delivery is required, please contact us or visit your nearest NEW dealer.

• How does ordering work?

  When you have placed an order, our European warehouse in Stockholm (Sweden) carefully wrap and packs your products and ship them with express shipping to your doorstep. As soon as your order is processed and have left us we'll send you a tracking number so you easily can follow your shipment. Orders are normally processed within 48 hours (during business days) and delivery to major European countries normally takes between 3-7 days.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns can only be accepted as long as your order hasn't been processed. If return & exchange policies are a necessary for you, please visit any of our dealer.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely! Orders from all over the globe are welcome though all orders from European countries are freight-free.

• Where does this store ship from?

  All orders from European countries receive their shipment from our European warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Your order is shipped with DHL Express and usually takes 3-7 days until delivery.

• What is your warranty terms?

  When you purchase a product from our online store, you take part of the same warranty terms as if you would have purchased your gear from a physical store. All products are sold with a one-year limited warranty which applies under terms that are available for download from our website.
