What is the standard shipping rate?
Wardrobe Cafe offers free shipping world wide! Yep, that's right. It means that we don't take into account the weight of each item purchased, the number of products purchased, the location to be mailed to, nor do we require a minimum purchase amount.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! Your eyes aren't tricking you guys and gals -- we offer free shipping WORLD WIDE. Not to mention, Wardrobe Cafe strives to sell all of our apparel and accessories under $40!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing takes up to 3 days. Orders will be shipped after it is processed. Depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and the warehouse your order ships from (U.S., China, or Hong Kong), shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks. You will receive a shipping notification once it is shipped.
Are there other shipping options?
Since we offer free shipping, it does take a while at times. Therefore, we offer other shipping options such as Express and Expedited shipping, which will be presented to you to choose when you checkout items. Although you will have to pay for these shipping options, you will be able to receive your order much faster!
Where does this store ship from?
While our main office is in the U.S, we have warehouses in the U.S., China, and Hong Kong. Depending on which item you have chosen to buy, and on stock quantity, your order may be shipped from either of those places. Because of our multiple shipping locations and due to our super low shipping rates (of zero dollars!), it may take from 2 weeks to 1 month or so for your order to arrive.
Are there custom fees or taxes?
We don't impose our country's taxes on buyer's purchases, but in the case that there is an import tax due to the buyer's location or nation laws, the buyer must be responsible for paying for it.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
If you received only part of your order, please don't worry! You will receive the rest of you order in another package or packages. This is due to our multiple stock warehouses -- the items you ordered may ship from different places, and thus, will arrive in separate packages and times.
Why is the tag size on my product different from the size I ordered?
A majority of our items are manufactured overseas, so the tag size of products manufactured in our warehouse in China will be displayed in the Asian size. Asian sizes are usually a size larger than US sizes in conversion. For example, if you purchase a product in a US size small, the tag size of the product will be displayed in the Asian size, which will be in a size medium. In truth, they mean and are the same size. Therefore, it does not mean that we shipped you the incorrect size.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Of course, if our customer is unhappy with his or her purchase, we will do our best to right the wrong!

You can only cancel the order if the items have not been shipped. If they have been shipped already, you cannot cancel -- sorry!
Why was my order cancelled?
We are so sorry for canceling your order and we understand how disappointed you must be! Because most of our items are shipped from our factory overseas, there are no real-time updates of the current inventory stock. Stock quantity is updated every other business day. This means that there are times when a customer orders a product or size that has, in actuality, run out of stock. However, we do not know of this ourselves until the customer has already purchased from us. We usually go to great lengths before deciding to cancel an order by checking in with other independent manufacturing factories. If we cancel your order, it means that we couldn't find any other factory manufacturing the same product/size -- at least in the amount we have priced it at.
What happens if my order is cancelled?
We will offer our dear customer 2 options. (1) Full refund via Paypal. (2) We typically always find a similar product that we manufacture. We will offer to ship this alternate product instead if you wish.
Despite whichever option you choose, we will then provide you a special coupon code for a generous discount on future purchases at WardrobeCafe, We will also ship the customer a free jewelry gift as a sign of apology.
