• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you’ve received the wrong product or the item is defective, you may choose to either be issued a store credit or to exchange it for a different item of equal value. Use the contact form and we will inform you how and where to send the return. If you need to exchange an item for a different size than you ordered you are responsible for the postage.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the <a href="http://www.storenvy.com/help/buyers_agreement">Storenvy Buyer's Agreement</a> for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.

• What kind of shirts do you print on?

  We proudly use American Apparel Brand. They’re sweatshop-free, Made in America, and are the softest 100% ringspun cotton shirts around. The size chart for men's t-shirts is <a href="http://americanapparel.net/sizing/default.asp?chart=mu.shirts" target="_blank">here</a> and the size chart for women's t-shirts is <a href="http://americanapparel.net/sizing/default.asp?chart=womens.shirts" target="_blank">here</a>.

• Do you give discounts?

  We issue coupons and offer discounts and sales on a regular basis. They are announced through our email newsletter, twitter, myspace and facebook accounts. If you want to keep up with our newest products, sales and special offers you need to subscribe or follow us on these platforms.

• Do you recommend any specific washing instructions?

  Designs will last the longest if shirts are machine-washed inside-out in cold water. Be sure to wash dark colors separately, and don’t iron the design or have the shirt dry cleaned! Also, hang drying the shirts is preferable, but not necessary.

• Can I change my order?

  If you find that you’ve made an error in the order, please contact us immediately using this form. We'll do our best to correct the error. Orders that have already been processed cannot be changed. In this case you’ll have to send it back once you receive it. Unfortunately, in such case, we are unable to reimburse the shipping charges.

• How to I return a shirt?
